I moved here in May (2 months) and I have loved living here so far. When I toured, I felt at home, and knew this is where I wanted to live. Move in was simple and the staff is extremely nice and hospitable. The pool took a while to open, as we were promised it would open about a month ago, but this is something completely out of their control. It’s a beautiful area as well. The community is new, but the staff is doing a great job with hosting events and utilizing our community app to help the residents connect.

Cannot say enough good things about Tempo. The staff are kind, helpful, and so friendly! The complex feels quiet, private, and safe. Tempo offers access to several luxury amenities (pool with cabanas, outdoor grilling areas, fully loaded gym, multiple lounges). Rent is extremely competitive for location, amenities, and some utilities included. Target & several restaurants nearby (some even in walking distance!). Very thankful that I've found my new home at Tempo!

Me & the wife toured here a little while back for my daughter with Paige and have nothing but positive things to say about our tour experience with her!! She showed us 4 different apartments, explained all the pricing and fees to us, and even talked about the construction timelines making us all feel educated on the property. My daughter is VERY picky and this was her top choice. Had the construction for the building with the elevator been completed for her move-in time line, she would have choose this community first without a doubt. We (AKA mostly my daughter LOL) had follow up questions a couple days after the tour and we spoke to Mckenna, who was just as kind, warm, and professional as Paige our leasing agent. To renters who are on the fence, we cannot recommend this property enough. Apartments were beautiful, amenities looked unique and beatiful as well, and the location right next to Target was unmatched in our never-ending search. Im sure yall will be hearing from our daughter again once her lease ends

I absolutely LOVE living here, McKenna and Paige are so Amazing, so friendly and warm and Welcoming 🥰 I love the luxury of having an elevator, the club house and roof top terrace are Gorgeous!!!! I Love my apartment and it already feels like home🥰❤️ I hope to live here for many years!!!!

We recently signed our lease and are currently waiting for our move-in date, and I just wanted to share a positive experience. Paige & Mekenna at the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was responsive, friendly, and made everything clear and easy for us. We really appreciate her support and are looking forward to moving in soon!
