I moved in fully prepared for emotional damage. Instead, I got an apartment that just… works. Everything. All the time. It’s honestly offensive. The manager is wildly efficient. You submit a maintenance request and it’s handled so fast you start questioning whether they were already standing outside your door, listening. There is no ghosting. No lies. No “that’s normal.” Just solutions. The apartment itself is clean, solid, and refuses to participate in drama. No surprise floods. No haunted outlets. No appliances held together by vibes and hope. The walls are thick enough to protect you from your neighbors’ life choices, which feels like a luxury in this economy. Living here robbed me of my favorite hobby: complaining about my housing. My friends stopped asking how my apartment was because there was never a story. Just peace. Stability. Functioning plumbing. If you enjoy chaos, neglect, or landlords who treat repairs like optional side quests—run. If you want a place that respects you and your sanity, move in

We looked at multiple apartment complexes in the Hilliard area and by far - not only was Tempo priced right, but Mckenna the manager was incredible! We were able to tour every type of apartment layout and she worked with us to get us in the apartment quickly as we were on a tight timeframe before starting a new job. She was so friendly and welcoming - and every time we have had a question since moving in - she responds immediately and has been so helpful! Would highly recommend Tempo - great location, good pricing, new facility - and the management team rocks!

The staff were very kind and quickly solved the issue I was having. It makes living here very comfortable.
